Hello and welcome — I’m Jeff, and I’m glad you found your way here.

Like many of you, I spent years working hard, only to realize that as I got older, my energy levels changed, and arthritis began to make daily tasks more difficult. Some days, even sitting too long at the computer was a challenge. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t ready to slow down — I just needed a different way to keep contributing, learning, and earning.

I am sharing my journey with you so you will know my story better, we are not so different in what we are experiencing and wanting for our retirement.

That’s when I discovered the world of working online and eventually found my way to Wealthy Affiliate. It wasn’t an overnight success, but it was the beginning of something meaningful.

Starting out, I knew very little about websites or affiliate marketing. But I took one step at a time, using simple tools, online lessons, and a lot of patience. Over time, I learned that success online isn’t about how fast you go — it’s about staying consistent, even on the tough days.

My Journey Timeline

2019 – The Wake-Up Call

I began feeling the effects of arthritis more intensely and realized that traditional work was taking too much of a toll on my body. The fatigue was real, and I knew I needed a new way to earn that didn’t drain my energy.

2020 – Discovering the Online World

During the pandemic, I started exploring work-from-home ideas. That’s when I stumbled across Wealthy Affiliate. At first, I was skeptical, but the community and training made me realize that this could truly work for seniors like me.

2021 – Building My First Website

With guidance from the Wealthy Affiliate platform, I built my very first website. I made mistakes, learned a lot, and discovered how rewarding it felt to share knowledge that helped others — especially fellow seniors.

2022 – Learning to Manage Fatigue & Arthritis Online

I adjusted my workspace and developed my personal fatigue management routine, learning how to balance productivity with self-care. This was also the year I started sharing my arthritis-friendly tools and tips with others.

2023 – Building My Community

I met other seniors who were also searching for ways to create retirement income online. Their stories motivated me to keep going and to build a site that felt like a true gathering place.

2024 – Growth & Purpose

My website grew steadily, and my confidence did too. I began mentoring new seniors in the Wealthy Affiliate community and writing guides that simplify online learning for anyone — regardless of age or tech experience.

2025 – Continuing My Journey

Today, I continue learning, teaching, and connecting with others who want to make their golden years more fulfilling. This site is now more than a project — it’s a mission to help others discover the same freedom I’ve found working online from home.
