I learned to schedule my writing sessions for the times when my body feels its best — usually mornings is my best time after a good nights sleep, but everyone is different. Maybe you are not feeling the best until in the afternoon, this is how my elderly mother feels the best.
- I set small daily goals, like writing 300–500 words instead of marathon sessions. Over a week, that adds up beautifully.
- Google Calendar or Todoist to block your writing times — treat them like friendly appointments with yourself.
